Shipping Policy

  1. We deliver products with more than 27000 Pin Codes over Pan India.

  2. Orders are delivered within 6-7 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. However, If any item goes 'Out of Stock' after placing the order, the same will be intimated to concerned personnel via our Executive. Refund of the same will be initiated in the same 'Bank Account' from whom the transaction is done.

  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at 'enerzykart@gmail.com'  within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Being a customer-centric company We at Enerzykart will always go the extra mile to make sure the customer gets a WOW experience with renewable product (s) purchase with Enerzykart. All product (s) listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all product (s), the policy on the product (s) page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

  1. Damage during Transit, The damaged product (s) will be taken back and a fresh order for the same product (s) will be placed automatically.

  2. Wrong Item Delivery, The wrong product (s) will be taken back and a fresh order for the same product (s) will be placed automatically.

  3. Order Cancellation is allowed only till the time the order is not shipped. Once shipped an order cannot be canceled.

  4. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, We will refund the entire amount.

  5. In the case of prepaid orders with online payment (credit card/debit card/ Wallet/ bank transfers), the refund will be done in the same payment mode as originally used while placing the order.

  6. As there could be many factors, which impact the general efficiency of the solar systems such as the electricity situation in the city, how panels are installed, electrical parameters, etc. Once, the system is installed, it cannot be taken back.

  7. In case the payment mode is Cheque or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) or Cash on Delivery, you will have to send us an image of the cancelled Cheque of the account in which you would wish to receive your refund amount.

  8. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  9. Products bought during the sale are non-refundable.

  10. In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

Enerzykart reserves the right to cancel the order under the below-mentioned circumstances:

  1. Error / Mistake in the product information on our website (error in price, specification, quantity, etc.)

  2. Wrong or incomplete details provided while placing the order (incomplete address, wrong or no PIN code, phone number, etc.).

  3. COD order which you did not re-confirm.

  4. Product not available.

  5. The delivery address is out of the service area.

Cross Verification:

  1. Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

  2. All in-the-box accessories freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

  3. The product (s) should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

  4. The product (s) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

  5. Product (s)'s original packaging/ box is undamaged.

  6. If the User in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
